A male patient developed primary cutaneous CD30- positive large T-cell lymphoma (L TCL), with a single nodular lesion on the buttocks and regional lymph node involvement, followed by type A lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) eruption, three months after the chemotherapy-induced complete remission. Furthermore, the re-evaluation of biopsy specimens from a nodular lesion exised 15 years ago, and from a papular lesion which occurred thereafter, pointed out a histopathologic picture suggestive ofL TCL and LyP, respectively. The same clonal TCRγ-gene rearrangement was found in L TCL and LyP lesions. The frequent evolution from L TCL to LyP underlines the strict relationship between the two entities.

Abstract
The frequent evolution from L TCL to LyP underlines the strict relationship between the two entities.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
