Mixed textual tradition (manuscript and printed) for mises en prose allow to examine philological questions occurring in the passage from the manuscript phase to printed books. All researches conducted so far have only sporadically discussed issues related to the transmission phase preceding this transition, even if these problems are not secondary at all, in the context of a critical edition of texts transmitted only by printed books. The article focuses on the textual tradition of the Ciperis de Vignevaux, in order to highlight its critical points and distinctive features.
