Abstract

The recent interest in clinical legal education in Italy suggests thinking about its contribution to the construction of a new model of legal education. The objectives and tools used by legal clinics to lead students both to the understanding and to the practice of law represent an opportunity to reflect on the purposes and methods of legal education and to reconfigure the relationship between teachers and students in the training experience.
