Corruption is a phenomenon that erodes the citizens and whole community’s constitu- tional rights. The health system has unique risk factors and innate complexity that make it particularly susceptible to corruption. The problem of corruption is particularly evident in all those historical situations where in which the State faces emergency, such as the current SARS-Cov2 pandemic. Transparency International urged the adoption of anti-corruption measures during the emergency through the systematic introduction of tools to reduce the risk of mismanagement and corruption, as transparency and ac- countability. In this scenario, the Hospitals had to reprogram all their care delivery processes and the management network, also through the remodeling of the Three-Year Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan (PTPCT). It represents a tool that, through process analysis, monitoring and transparency, lays a solid foundation for the correctness of public action. As example, the new 2020-2022 three-year plan adopted by the A.O.U. Città della Salute e della Scienza di Torino is presented. The hospital, like other structures, has experienced and still lives the pandemic impact. The goal is to contribute to the improvement of the culture of responsibility among all health profes- sionals, which goes beyond that of a health nature.
