Processo per la preparazione di N-alchilcarbammati da S,S-dimetil ditiocarbonato

This work describes a general procedure for the production of alkyl and aryl alkylcarbamates starting from the corresponding S-methyl N-alkylthiocarbamates. This procedure consists of three steps that are carried out in a one-pot fashion, without isolating the intermediate N-alkylcarbamoyl chlorides and isocyanates. All the target products are obtained in very high yields and with high purity. To be noted is the complete exploitation of the reagents.
