The present study analizes an applicable modern organizative model in business contests oriented to realization of quality products on the ground of the recent evolution of the ISO 9000 standards. This process articulated model is particularly flexible and representative of the modern organizative structures. The analysis focus is on the principal instruments and methodologies used in process and product quality control.
