Abstract
The competitive setting and the instability of requests that face organizations in the third Millennium induce a panorama of ever more uncertainty, and put under strain the governance functions which regulate them. For both productive and service organizations, the most relevant features to meet the competitive requests are concerned with the regulation of internal management systems. Problem complexity and the dearth of certain norms modify the aspects by which the leadership could be efficiently performed. Only in very recent years has it emerged that the so-called weak management mechanisms (e.g. climate, development, attribution of sense, etc.) have become central and therefore they are constantly, and whenever possible, addressed in daily life, in the brief-medium term. Only by a spontaneous adherence of the individual to the organization could it be possible to create the basic condition for the production of excellence. This condition joins everyone together in a dynamic and unitary perspective: the member-leadership context.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
