Isolation, culture and characterization of embryonic cell lines from vitrified sheep blastocysts derived from in vitro production. In 5/6 days the inner cells mass cultured on mice STo fibroblasts are disaggregated , seeded in a new MIF to form new colonies. After 3/4 days the cells were disggregate and re cultivated for another 3/4 days. The different cells expressed stage specific embryonic markers SSEA-1 SSEA-3 SSEA-4 and were alkaline phophatase positive. In absence of feeder layer and LIF these cells differentiated into variety off cell type and embryoid bodies.

Abstract
Isolation, culture and characterization of embryonic cell lines from vitrified sheep blastocysts derived from in vitro production. In 5/6 days the inner cells mass cultured on mice STo fibroblasts are disaggregated , seeded in a new MIF to form new colonies. After 3/4 days the cells were disggregate and re cultivated for another 3/4 days. The different cells expressed stage specific embryonic markers SSEA-1 SSEA-3 SSEA-4 and were alkaline phophatase positive. In absence of feeder layer and LIF these cells differentiated into variety off cell type and embryoid bodies.File in questo prodotto:
