Three ejaculate from two different stallions were processed and frozen with glicerol and ethilen glicol as cryoprotectant. The sperm celles were tested after thawing in an in vitro sperm penetration test with zona free hamster oocytes. No significative difference was evidenced and the two stallions showed good in vitro fertility Further experiments are needed to detect eventual difference in poor fertility subjects.
