This paper is concerned with empirical experimentation of preferences and attitudes in decision making elicited with regard to the inner self and not only to the outer self. We applied the de Finetti extended decision paradigm introduced by Rossi in 1994. We took into consideration the correspondence between behavioural characteristics of decision makers and formal properties of the paradigm and also some linkage between individual experimental behaviour and lifestyle or personality.

Abstract
