Abstract

The use of a dispersive system based on the Michelson interferometer in photoluminescence spectroscopy (spectral range 0.7-1.8 eV) employs the Fourier transform of the experimental data to obtain the emitted spectrum. The main cause of error in this mathematical treatment is the incorrect calculation of the phase. This paper shows the influence of the phase errors on the spectra interpretation.
