In this chapter we propose reflexions – related to a quali-quantitative research - about organizational democracy in Mexican and Italian non profit organizations, on the dimensions of paralysis and bureaucratization, on the individual and organizational levels of empowerment and on the evaluations of their directors and managers leadership.
