Una introduzione ai NUNC: storia della creazione di un corpus

This paper aims at introducing a multilanguage corpora suite called NUNC. In the course of the article, the history and the main features of the NUNC corpora will be described by focusing the attention on the concept of newsgroups, how they work and their importance within the NMC field. The newsgroups contribution to this project has been very high since the first moment; as a matter of fact their texts have represented the main source for building the NUNC corpora. Since it is published under copyleft and CCSA license, all the corpora can be freely consulted online at the address http://www.bmanuel.org/projects/ng-HOME.html.
