The aim of the present study is to analyse two specific types of disfluencies in spoken language: mispronounced words and truncated (unfinished) words. The analyzed material comes from the European Parliament Interpreting Corpus (EPIC), thus the object of this study is spoken language produced by source language (SL) speakers and by target language (TL) speakers, i.e. simultaneous interpreters.
