The case of a woman patient suffering from systemic scleroderma, arthropathies in the extremities and spinal column, and dermo-hypodermic nodules with deposits of urates with ulcerative course is reported. The possibility that the case is one of extra-articular gout secondary to a change in renal function and related to the sclerodermic picture is suggested.

Abstract
