Since it appeared in 1874 La Fontana d'Oro, the first Italian translation in book form of Galdós, have been published translations of some of his works in a discontinuous way and according to an editorial criterion that has fluctuated between the literary recognition, the academic interest and the market return. This paper presents a detailed catalogue of the translations of Galdós into Italian.
