Civil Society Organizations (CSO) in Mexico are an increasing occupational sector not only for ideal and voluntary work. The present article focuses on OSC in the State of Morelos (Mexico) from the perspective of psychosocial factors at work and organizational wellbeing. It presents the results of an explorative and qualitative study about psychosocial factors in this kind of organizations and the consequential needs. The results are discussed in terms of possible interventions and collaborations between CSO and the academic sector.

Abstract
