Beside the large number of treaties whose manuscripts have been recovered in the archives of Hattusa, the capital of the Hittite kingdom, several other international agreements are exclusively attested through their mention in other sources, such as annals, letters and later treaties. The paper presents the evidence for these less known agreements and discuss their historical and political contextualization as well as their Sitz im Leben within the corpus of the Hittite treaties.
