The chapter shows how the success and consolidation of web 2.0 companies depends on their ability to practice network, interaction, personalization / customization of the services offered and take advantage of the added value given by the users. Web 2.0 services based on open technological architecture are characterized by being in constant evolution (perpetual beta), thanks to the relationship of interaction with users. These help to ensure a good quality of service at low costs. These elements influence the history and evolution, the internal and external relationships, the activities , success and growth of the cases analysed in this chapter .
