Women are seriously under-represented in philosophy. Few women achieve high academic positions in philosophy faculties, and academic authorities often automatically consider men as the first candidates for posts of responsibility. How can we make gender equality a concrete reality? In this paper, I discuss how we can achieve equality between women and men in academia and I present simple things we could do to promote the full inclusion of women in careers in fields such as philosophy.

Abstract
