Aggressive Angiomyxoma is a rare locally aggressive tumor, and as long as an alternative to incomplete demolitive surgery is effective in asymptomatic patients, this is the way. AA can be responsive to LHRH antagonists. On the other side, incomplete resections in responding and asymptomatic patients are not advisable, as surgical approach to recurrences is frequently more aggressive than in primitive cases, impacting negatively on pelvic and perineal organ function, and postoperative quality of life.
