The annotated bibliography provides a selected framework of books, papers and encyclopedic voices about the mutual recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications as well as about the freedom of movement of people and services specifically related to the brain drain. It is referred both to the Italian legal system – by giving an historical overview of it, too – and to the European Union and US legal systems as well as to the international law literature on the subject.
