The paper analyses the new Italian network agreements rules; those rules were approved in 2009 but significantly amended in the following years. The author – moving from a reconstruction of the legal concept if network agreements – suggests the existence of three different models and examines each of them. The goal of the analysis is to assess the usefulness of this agreement in the comprehensive framework of the incentives for entrepreneurship.
