Education for the common good is a priority in the tracks of citizenship education in the italian school. One of the main i n- struments of these education is the Educational Co - Responsibility Pact, a good training opportunities that supports responsible growth path. The aim of this paper is to provide a pedagogical reflection upon the meaning of this instrument and its basic concepts to avoid the risk of a bureaucratic use.
