This article focuses on the Renaissance reception of Pseudo-Alexander of Aphrodisias' «Medical Puzzles and Natural Problems», and namely on the Latin translations produced by Theodoros Gaza, Giorgio Valla, and Angelo Poliziano. It offers a first attempt of comparison of the three translations as well as a synoptic edition of a specimen concerning the preface to Book I.
