The article tries to systematize the potential developments in the Public Sector, resulting from the evolution of e-government processes. These profound organizational changes will have significant impacts in many areas, such as the public eth-ics, the rationalization of public spending and the public accountability. The structure of the article provides a two-part articulation: a methodological systematization related to the New Public Management Theory that is the due premise to the E-Government overview presentation, providing evidence on theoretical and empirical models.
