Abstract
A study on military leadership in situations of asymmetric conflict must necessarily ask the question of exactly what leadership is. The hypothesis of this study is that the way of understanding leadership has changed over time, in relation to the socio-cultural changes of the parent society. By analysing "the problematic space of the leadership", this study shows that military leadership is changing, and the relational aspect takes on ever greater importance, along with the ability to act concerning emotions.File in questo prodotto:
