Recent climate changes and related pandemic phenomena have brought to light - in the present - all the fragility of the current concept of “globalization”. Over time, the phenomenon of globalization has been interpreted mainly by referring to its economic dimension, in the hope that it could be a model of wealth distribution.We must note, however, that globalization, aggravated by the current pandemic crisis, has widened the socio-economic gap around the world, creating many cases of business crisis. The objective of the paper is to identify what are the possible tools that the company must have to acquire its own resilience in defense of the current economic criticalities.
