As a consequence of the inclusion of the Romanian language in the Galapro project and the participation of Romanian students on the Galanet platform, it seems appropriate to evaluate the proximity of Romanian in comparison with the other Romance languages, the perception of this closeness by Romance students and actual repercussions that these resemblances have, in practice, in the interaction strategies among eastern and western Romania students.

Abstract
