The Against Human Trafficking Legal Clinic provides legal aid to victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation in Piedmont. The actions implemented offer the opportunity to reflect on the capabilities of clinical legal education to promote the understanding of migrations, to critically observe the procedures for the recognition of international protection, and to take an active and transformative role within these processes. The cases treated by the clinic express a demand for justice to which the legal clinic seeks to respond through a holistic approach that aims to counteract legal poverty and overcome an exclusively Eurocentric view of the phenomenon of trafficking
