Rinnovare la filosofia del diritto. Tra storia e multimedialità

This essay offers some critical reflections on Manuale multimediale di filosofia del diritto (2022) by Thomas Casadei and Gianfrancesco Zanetti. This is an innovative handbook, both in method and content. Multimedia is its most obvious sign, but the methodological openness also reverberates on the content level: going beyond the philological and systematic analysis of the reflections of the most relevant figures in the history of the philosophy of law, the handbook invites the reader to grasp the connections, never taken for granted, between past and present, between facts and interpretative possibilities. Because of these qualities, it proves to be an excellent tool for the teaching experience.
