The Doctrine of the Two Spirits is among the most intriguing Qumran texts 1. It is a well delimited section of the Community Rule (cols. 3,13-4,26) 2, in which the world is conceived as radically divided into two lots: the Sons of the Light, who are destined for final salvation, and the Sons of Darkness, destined for eternal damnation. Much has been written on the origins and the aims of this work and on its relationship to the Qumran community.

Abstract
The Doctrine of the Two Spirits is among the most intriguing Qumran texts 1. It is a well delimited section of the Community Rule (cols. 3,13-4,26) 2, in which the world is conceived as radically divided into two lots: the Sons of the Light, who are destined for final salvation, and the Sons of Darkness, destined for eternal damnation. Much has been written on the origins and the aims of this work and on its relationship to the Qumran community.File in questo prodotto:
