Ratione Materiae Reciprocity as a Head of Jurisdiction in View of the Extension of the Brussels Ia Regulation to Non-EU Defendants

The contribution is part of the volume condensing the results of the EAPIL Young Research Network's research project on the extension of the jurisidctional titles of the Brussels Ia Regulation to non-EU domiciled defendants. In fact, the volume includes contributions by leading academics (among them, Prof Roland Brand), national reports prepared by young researchers, introduced by a comparative report prepared by the editors of the same volume. In particular, Prof Salvadori's contribution offers a perspective on the European level and a possible and original solution in relation to the extension EU-uniform jurisdictional titles.
