In fact, the volume includes contributions by leading academics (among them, Prof Roland Brand), national reports prepared by young researchers, introduced by a comparative report prepared by the editors of the same volume. In particular, Prof Salvadori's contribution offers a perspective on the European level and a possible and original solution in relation to the extension EU-uniform jurisdictional titles.
