Trasformazioni e innovazioni digitali nella riforma dei contratti pubblici

The article analyses the digital transformation of public procurement, the evolution of organizational models, the qualification and specialization of public demand as required by new EU industrial policies. It also highlights the possibility to directly acquire qualification and exclusion grounds of economic operators, according to the once-only principle. Thus evolving digital trust, based on mutual cooperation and good faith principles in order to achieve digital capacity to run good contracts.
