This short paper proposes some emendations to the text of the ‘Epigrammata obscaena’ attributed to Poliziano. These conjectures are based on fresh examination of the unique MS (Poppi, Bibl. Rilliana, 432), where the epigrams are not easily readable, and backed up with evidence from other sources, namely Poliziano’s other obscene poems and possible underlying literary models.
