The last years have seen a massive diffusion and pervasiveness of screen technology and mobile devices in preschoolers’ life. Through the collection of psycho-pedagogical and medical-pediatric evidence, this paper aims at provid-ing advice on the use and limitations of these devices to develop a zero to six me-dia education. The paper focuses on the analysis of the two crucial aspects of the use of screen technology throughout infancy: digital content and context of use.
