The future exists only in our thoughts and discourses, since we cannot directly experience it before it becomes the present. To imagine and talk about it, we must make use of signs and narratives, because it is only within the latter that certain discursive configurations take on a profound mean- ing, allowing us to see clearly what are the values at stake, the roles of those who want or must real- ize them, the actions that must be carried out in this regard, and the events that can allow all this to happen or that can prevent it. In this issue of Lexia, many of these narratives are analyzed to bet- ter understand the meaning of what we think and say today, when we refer to the world to come.

Abstract
The future exists only in our thoughts and discourses, since we cannot directly experience it before it becomes the present. To imagine and talk about it, we must make use of signs and narratives, because it is only within the latter that certain discursive configurations take on a profound mean- ing, allowing us to see clearly what are the values at stake, the roles of those who want or must real- ize them, the actions that must be carried out in this regard, and the events that can allow all this to happen or that can prevent it. In this issue of Lexia, many of these narratives are analyzed to bet- ter understand the meaning of what we think and say today, when we refer to the world to come.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
