The effects produced in the workplace by the phenomenon of mobbing (or psychological terror) can constitute personal damage to the affected worker, which is related to other types of non-property damage (be it biological, health, moral and well-being). However, our Civil Code, by recognizing in its article 1985 the general category of harm to the person, does guarantee remedial protection against mobbing.

Abstract
