Thisstudyaimstounifythefragmentedknowledgeonhumanresource(HR)well-beingininnovativestart-ups,acriticalfactorintheirsuccess.Throughasystematicliteraturereview,weanalysed42peer-reviewedarticlesusingMySLRsoftwaretoidentifykeythemesanddimensionsinthisarea.OurfindingssuggestthatHRwell-beinginstart-upscanbeunderstoodasahigher-orderconstruct,encompassingthreemaindimen-sions:jobsatisfaction,psychologicalwell-being,andwork-lifebalance,includinggender-relatedconsidera-tions.Thestudy’simplicationsaresignificantforacademicsandpractitioners;assuch,theproposedframeworkservesasareferencemodelforfutureresearchandapracticalguideforstart-upmanagerstoimproveemployeewell-being.Theoriginalityofthisstudyliesinitscomprehensiveapproachtosynthesis-ingexistingresearchonHRwell-beinginstart-ups,providingaunifiedframeworkthatclarifiespreviouslyunclearandfragmentedfindingsintheliterature.
