Le immagini dei beni culturali. Riflessioni a margine del dibattito

The Autor reflects on the theme of the regulatory framework on the use of the images of cultural property. In particular, the paper explores the art. 108, d.lg. n. 42/2004, highlighting the problems of its interpretation especially after the d.m. 161/2023 and 108/2024. Defined the distinction between intangible cultural heritage and images of cultural heritage, the A. investigates the meaning of the art. 20, c. 1, focusing on the possibility of applying the rule to the use of images of cultural heritage.
