Starting from an analysis of the EU's DNSH principle, i.e. to do no significant harm (to the 6 objectives of the Green Deal), I have focused on which environmental issues come to the fore in the different sectors of economic activity, in order to see whether, among the various principles of environmental protection, the principle of solidarity might be one of the most useful in resolving conflicts between the environment and economic development.
