The essay, commenting the judgment n. 192 of 2024 by the Constitutional Court, emphasizes how the role that subregional autonomies will play in enabling the interested Regions to complete the differentiation process provided by art. 116 of the Constitution has not been adequately highlighted and, above all, how only with the subregional autonomies all Regions could fully correspond to the objectives and purposes of the euro-unitary legal system and will face the global challenges of the coming years.
