La nuova legge italiana sullo spazio: riflessioni di diritto comparato

This contribution wants to analyse from a comparative perspective the draft law on “Provisions on the economics of space”, recently passed by the Government. The examined bill aims to introduce for the first time in Italy an organic regulation of the aerospace sector. Such a proposal moves along the lines of a growing trend at global level. In this context, the study endeavours to present the main solutions adopted in other constitutional systems, also with the final purpose of triggering a debate during the approval phase of the reform project.
