Abstract
Music and law are expressions of historical, social, cultural and constitutional evolution. After the ancien régime, in the century marked by constitutionalism and civil liberties, musicians were no more Court musicians: during Romanticism, they began to compose and perform music in front of a paying audience in theatres and concert halls. During the Italian unification music became a way to express the desire of freedom from the oppressors.File in questo prodotto:
