The article identifies some lexical, conceptual, methodological, and metaphilosophical analogies, together with an equally important difference, between the ‘later’ Wittgenstein and Hegelian Marxism. It then explores how these philosophical similarities and differences may be conjecturally explained, focusing on the processes through which historical events such as the Russian Revolution and the emergence of the Soviet Union are ‘condensed’ and ‘refracted’ into concepts, as well as on the examination of certain relational constellations within the Cambridge milieu.

Abstract
The article identifies some lexical, conceptual, methodological, and metaphilosophical analogies, together with an equally important difference, between the ‘later’ Wittgenstein and Hegelian Marxism. It then explores how these philosophical similarities and differences may be conjecturally explained, focusing on the processes through which historical events such as the Russian Revolution and the emergence of the Soviet Union are ‘condensed’ and ‘refracted’ into concepts, as well as on the examination of certain relational constellations within the Cambridge milieu.File in questo prodotto:
