The book is devoted to the analysis of single and multiple class queueing networks. The computation of the steady state distribution of jobs in these networks is performed with efficient algorithms. The normalization constant approach and the mean value analysis methods are presented in details with a specific attention to the many practical problems that mustb be faced to obtain an efficient implementation.
