Abstract
Pleural lipomas are rare tumours, usually arising from the parietal pleura, which are often asymptomatic and observed incidentally. We describe the clinicopathological features of a case of lipoma arising from the visceral pleura, accidentally discovered in a 69-year-old ma, at autopsy. A review of the literature concerning pleural lipomas is also presented.File in questo prodotto:
