In the present study we have investigated the capability of IFN-gamma to increase the Mac fibronectin-dependent phagocytosis. We demonstrate that IFN-gamma (50 U/ml) induces an increase of phagocytosis by elicited (PP-Mac), but not by normal Mac (R-Mac) when latex-beads particles are coated with gelatin.

Abstract
