A ministerial decree of 2003 make mandatory the phytosanitary treatments for the Apple Proliferation containment. The pest management is based on the use of insecticides able to contain the population of Cacopsylla melanoneura (Förster) vector insect of the Apple Proliferation phytoplasma. The trial managed in three apple orchards in Canavese has the aim to value the effectiveness of processed kaolin in apple biological control.

Abstract
A ministerial decree of 2003 make mandatory the phytosanitary treatments for the Apple Proliferation containment. The pest management is based on the use of insecticides able to contain the population of Cacopsylla melanoneura (Förster) vector insect of the Apple Proliferation phytoplasma.
