The text proposes an international comparison between credit guarantee systems to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The Korean reality is entirely organised on a public base. In South Korea the guarantees are directly financed by the Government, that has been the promoter of the service for the national companies. Abstract
The text proposes an international comparison between credit guarantee systems to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The Korean reality is entirely organised on a public base. In South Korea the guarantees are directly financed by the Government, that has been the promoter of the service for the national companies. The analysis of the case has implied the study of the historical evolution, but also of legal, structural and operating characteristics of the system. The chapter is concluded with a reference to the adaptation to the new Basel Agreements and with a comparison with the Italian reality.File in questo prodotto:
